• Fee £2,500 + VAT. Fee Share for Adviser £1,250.

3. Mortgage Broker (Northern Ireland) - Referral: Range of Cash and ISAs.

• Money MOT investment review. Full bank account and investment fund review and recommendations.
  
• Fee £600 + VAT.  Fee Share for Adviser £300.

4. Compliance Help - Broker moving away from Network/Existing Compliance Service

• Moving as not value for money as not using all the services that being paid for and no one on one help. Compliance Health Check of all plans and procedures.
  
• Fee Charged £75 per hour, no retainer fee.

5. Mortgage Broker (Midlands) - Referral: Client purchased off-plan property in Spain. 

• Builder and Promoter in liquidation. Deposit funds have disappeared. Using our international knowledge and contacts to pursue recovery of deposit monies.
