RDR DREAM FIX FOR ADVISERS - No FSA, No PI, No FOS, No Exams
RDR DREAM FIX FOR ADVISERS - No FSA, No PI, No FOS, No Exams (08-02-2010 Release)
Advisers United.com - New Service Launched by Need An Adviser.
RDR nightmares have been solved by the launch of a new service by the founders of an award winning financial advice portal. Ashley Clark and Joanne Roberts, directors at Need An Adviser.com, have launched a new adviser only service to solve the RDR worries of advisers and mortgage brokers facing the burden of increased regulation or those with concerns over PI cover, Level 4 Examinations or new Capital Adequacy requirements.
The new service, called Advisers United (www.advisersunited.com), Clark claims: “will unite advisers into working together to help each other yet to retain autonomy to continue running your own same business model without the regulatory burden”.
Advisers United is a referrals and compliance portal. Services offered include:
- Refer and outsource the financial advice liability, financial advice research, report and indeed responsibility is done for you and you present the advice to the client
- Outsource only specialist areas of advice such as Pensions Transfers, Equity Release, Care Fees Planning or Expatriate advice
- Refer clients for non-regulated areas such as Wills, Attorney, Tax Returns as an additional service to clients, another TCF “gold star”
- Compliance Help via both the already successful Compliance Templates Shop as well as face-to-face compliance consultancy.
Clark suggests RDR nightmares are now over for advisers: “This is a dream fix. The adviser does the fact-find and refers to us, administration is done by us, research and advice liability is taken by is, suitability reports are written by Chartered Financial Planners, compliance is done by us, fees or commissions are shared usually up to 50% with the referring adviser and then the client is returned to the adviser for ongoing services or ring fenced with a no cross-marketing guarantee.
When asked how he can afford to share 50% of any fee earned, Clark suggests the experience in building an efficient advice and administration system with Need An Adviser means that huge cost savings can be passed back to referring advisers in shared remuneration.
