• Application Forms/Tax Forms: You complete

IF NO ERRORS - Enhanced Commission Bonus of 10%  i.e. 40% Share

• All questions on client questionnaire are fully answered
• No Errors/Omissions on client questionnaire when we check accuracy with client
• No Errors/Omissions on Application/Completion Documents when returned to us
• If there are errors, these are simply time costed on how long it takes to fix and deducted from the 10%.
