- Understand, Review and Help: A day to understand how your business works, to ask you questions and then undertake a detailed review of your business practices and documentation.
- Gap Analysis Done: The outcome for you is a fully tailored gap analysis and compliance consultant’s report that can be provided to the FSA.

Documents the FSA want: The FSA will ask for:
1. Your latest organisational structure. 2. Your most recent gap analysis. 3. Your most recent compliance consultant’s report. 4. List of business written over the last twelve months.    We can do all of these with you.

Compliance Worry Gone: Quite simply, stop worrying, allocate a day to us and you will be fully informed of your obligations, understand what is required and able to supply documents the FSA want to see.

Face to Face Visit & Compliance Clinic Menu:

• Option 1 - Full Onsite Compliance Health Check - £750 + VAT. Onsite visit including a review of all of your working and compliance procedures, including TCF Review, TCF Procedures, TCF Gap Analysis, IDDs, financial promotions and more. If you have not done it, we can write it.  If it needs tweaking we will rewrite it.  Up to 15 Hours dedicated expert compliance help. (equivalent to just £375 per day).
  
• Option 2 - Remote TCF Health Check Visit, Procedures and Gap Analysis - £500 + VAT. Remote review of TCF procedures and TCF Gap Analysis. If you have no procedures or gap analysis then we will write them for you. This health visit includes your TCF documents and procedures being prepared for you after our visit.  It will also include full guidance and explanations of ongoing TCF requirements and management.
