CF1 - UK Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics

• Examination: 100 multiple choice questions. Time: 2 hours. Pass mark: 70%
• Worth: Credit Points: 20.

CF6 - Mortgage Advice

• Examination: 100 Multiple choice plus case studies questions. Time: 3 hours. Pass mark: 70%
• Worth: Credit Points: 20.

ER1 - Equity Release (Combined old CF7 - Lifetime Mortgage and HR1 - Home Reversion papers)

• Examination: Multiple choice plus case studies questions. Time: 2 hours. Pass mark: 70%
• Worth: Credit Points: 20.

HR1 - Home Reversion Plans

September 2007 - unit CF7 - Lifetime Mortgage Activities was discontinued and a new unit Equity Release (ER1) started.  HR1 is offered for those candidates simply seeking a top-up to an existing CF7 qualification.
